You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpecPilot, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
